Third-country nationals with a residence permit for the territory of the Czech Republic

By the enlargement of the Schengen area, you will have an equal status with third-country nationals residing in another Schengen state. While now - if your home country has a visa requirement for the EU - you need a visa when travelling to other states (a Schengen visa for travelling to the Schengen area or a national visa for visits to EU states which are currently not members of Schengen), after the integration of the Czech Republic to Schengen, you will be able to move for up to 3 months in the Schengen states (and Switzerland and Liechtenstein) also by virtue of a residence permit issued by the Czech Republic.
